Our 7th and 8th graders will be attending a field trip on March 16th. Please complete the correct permission slip below for your student to attend. Permission slips MUST be completed for your student to go. If your student does not go on the field trip, they will need to stay home. The 7th and 8th grade teachers will be on the field trip and out of the building.
If you ordered Costa Vida for your student that day, they will get it when they get back to the school.
