*Back to School Virtual Night will be on August 13th, please watch for an e-mail from your student(s) teacher(s).
*The first day of school is August 18th
*The first week of school will be early out days. Students will be released by last name (or carpool name)– A-K – 1:35 / L-Z – 1:40 / Daycare Pick up Vans – 1:45 – Please pick up on time to help revive congregation.
*Please drop your students off as close to 8:20 when school starts as possible. Students will be required to go straight to their 1st period class once in the building, no congregating.
*If you need to check your student out please call the office for “Curb Side Check Out” – We will walk your student out to you. To help minimize the number of people on and out of the school.
*There will be no checking out a student after 2:30. Please check your student out prior to 2:30 if needed.
*When coming into the school all students and visitors must wear a mask.
*Students will be released by last name (or carpool name): A-K – 3:05 / L-Z – 3:10 / Daycare Pick-up Vans – 3:15 – Please pick up on time
*Jr. High students are encouraged to have an “A Day and B Day” binder to take around to their classes. They will not be able to go to their lockers in-between classes other than for PE or Lunch.
*We will be sending out an e mail early next week with more information about how our hybrid, distance learning, and in school learning will look. If you have not told us which option you chose for your student please e mail Kgriffin@hmcharterschool.org with your choice or if you will not be attending HighMark this school year.
